Ellie Malbon
Ellie cares about making work related to our current ecological crisis, and how we relate emotionally to that crisis. She is a writer and performance artist, and works mostly with poetry. Her performances can range from poetry readings to collaborations with musicians and visual artists to conversation-based work that draws the audience in. Her poems have been published nationally by Cordite, Grapple Publishing, Block, Express Media and internationally by New River Press (UK). She is a fellow for Tipping Point Australia, and a graduate of Dark Mountain’s New Myths; both organisations dedicated to new words for ecological crisis and the age of endings.
