Doing arts admin can be overwhelming, hard, or just plain boring.
Working in an environment where everyone is getting on with it can help! The You Are Here Peer Sessions are coworking sessions for creatives to do their arts admin alongside each other. YAH producers are on standby to have a chat, answer questions, or help with a quick edit.
What’s included?
You Are Here Peer Sessions run weekly on Wednesdays, at our office in the city.
We have desks and wifi, you bring your work with you. You can stay for the whole time or just pop in if you only have a quick task or question.
Work alongside other creatives, have a chat and soak up the coworking energy to get stuff done!
Plus, YAH producers will be on duty to talk through curly creative questions, do a quick edit on a grant application, or otherwise help out any way we can.
Make it a regular part of your practice, or just drop in occasionally when you need some help, encouragement, or company.
What does it cost?
Peer Sessions are free if you have a You Are Here Club membership.
For casual drop-ins, $15 or pay-what-you-can.
You can use your sessions to:
- Do that admin you’ve been procrastinating
- Chat with other creatives
- Get out of your house/studio for a while
- Share your skills with the creative community
- Get on-the-spot help from a YAH producer
Spaces are limited and booking is required to ensure we have enough room for everyone!

Please book your spot in the YAH Peer Session of your choice, so we know how many people to expect!
Peer Sessions run on Wednesdays from 9am-5pm at our office, Level 2, 131 City Walk.
You can come for the whole day, or a shorter amount of time if it suits you.
The producers on duty will generally be:
9am-12pm: Ket
11am-2pm: Nick
2pm-5pm: Janhavi
Peer Sessions are capped at 10 people per session. Please only book if you are definitely planning to attend. If you are sick or change your mind about attending, please let us know so we can ope up the spot for someone else.
If you are a YAH Club Member, Peer Sessions are free to attend. If not, you can choose Full Price, any other amount that suits your budget (Pay What You Can).
